Police & CPSTL join to disinfect public places in Colombo

Colombo Sri Lanka Police and Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals LTD launched a joint program to disinfect public places in the Colombo District, in a bid to combat the spread of COVID-19.

The Manning Market in Pettah, The Central Bus Stand, Private Bus Stand in Bastian Mawatha, and the 04th & 05th Streets in Pettah were disinfected on Monday (26).

In addition, Railway Stations, Court Complexes, Public Markets, Bus Stands, Fish Markets will be disinfected continuously until the 02nd of November.

Further, all public places in the Western Province which fall under the respective police jurisdictions will be disinfected as well.
